Jayne Facer (Teaching Assistant) was born in Ogden, UT and raised in Northern Davis County. She attended Davis High School and Weber State College (now Weber State University). She has lived most of her life in the Davis and Salt Lake areas.

Jayne likes to read, watch movies, some TV, collect recipe books (even though she doesn’t cook much any more). Instead, she likes to look at the pictures and imagine a chef is preparing them for her! She also enjoys counted cross stitch and shopping.

Jayne has lived in West Jordan for 10 years. She and her husband have 9 children combined, 24 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.

She has worked in banking, A/P, A/R, medical billing, all kinds of office work but the best so far has been her year as Teaching Assistant to the First Grade at ELA last year. It was a challenge and wonderful experience. Jayne thinks that 1st graders are the best and she’s looking forward to a new year with new students.
