Jennifer Turner (3rd grade) graduated from the University of Utah in 2002 with a B.A. in English. After graduating, she worked as a teacher’s aide and student advocate to help individual students. She also had the opportunity to teach English in South Korea. It was a wonderful experience for her, and as a result, she now loves Korean food! She recently graduated with a master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix.

Jennifer is married to her husband, Brian, and they have a little girl. Although Brian is from California, they met while working at a national park in Alaska. Together, they love to travel, and are excited to travel more when their daughter is older. Jennifer enjoys reading, watching movies, being with family, and spending time outside—especially in the water. She is very excited to meet her students, to be a part of the beginning of Early Light Academy, and to start a great year of learning!
