Rebecca Woodard (2nd grade) enjoyed teaching the first grade at a local charter school prior to coming to Early Light Academy. She moved to Utah from Colorado, but grew up in West Virginia where she graduated from Fairmont State University with a degree in Elementary Education. Rebecca has always enjoyed working with children—she has been an after school teacher for the Boys and Girls club, a preschool teacher, and a substitute teacher.

Rebecca and her husband decided to move to Utah to be closer to the mountains. They both enjoy snowboarding and have had a great season! Utah has been good to them and they have had a lot of fun learning their way around and discovering new places. Rebecca is really excited to be a part of the Early Light Academy team and is looking forward to the coming school year.
