Judy Jing Yan (Physical Education) is a visiting scholar from Beijing Sport University, China. She is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Utah, where the focus of her academic research is on the psychological perspectives on teaching and student learning. Specifically, one major line of her research covers the measurement of school children's physical fitness and physical activity levels.

Lily considers teaching at ELA a rare and precious opportunity; she treasures the chance to become acquainted with the students and faculty. Life lessons she hopes to instill in her P.E. students include: be safe, be orderly, be respectful, be responsible, and be physically active.
