Abbey was born and raised in south Jordan Utah. She graduated from Bingham high school in 2017 and attended salt lake community college where she graduated with her associates degree in criminal justice. After that she transferred to USU to study special education, she lived in Logan from 2020-2023. 

Abbey has been a tumbling and gymnastics coach since her junior year of high school. She enjoys dancing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.
